1. Once your order is in from www.theranisa.com, please call on 8824023276 and let us know if you have any specific needs or custom requirements for your order. We will try our best to cater to those.
2. If you want to cancel your order, please call on 8824023276 within 24 hours of the order and we will be able to help you.
3. If there is some problem with the delivered products, please call us on 8824023276 or email on theranisa@gmail.com with the details and possible photos showing us what is the issue. We will try our best to resolve the issues.
